Red Lobster's Scallops Sautéed In Garlic And Tomatoes

1 pound scallops
Flour -- for dusting
4 tablespoons butter -- (1/2 stick)
2 garlic cloves -- minced
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste

Cut scallops in half. Dry on paper towels, then dust lightly with flour.

Heat butter in a skillet, add garlic and mix. Add scallops and sauté
until they are lightly brown. Stir in tomatos, parsley and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
